I have been practicing physical therapy for nearly 10 years with a specialization in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic wellness. I have worked with countless women preconception, during pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. I believe in total body wellness and feel that we can not treat our physical body system without also addressing our mental, emotional, and nutritional health. I am blessed with 3 young children and live with my husband in Germantown, WI. My passions include fitness, the outdoors, running, nutrition, and general wellness.

LABOR & BIRTH PREPARATION
It’s never to early to start labor preparation. And even if you are in your third trimester and you are thinking it’s too late, it’s not! Let’s help you get in tune with your pelvic floor muscles so you can learn how to appropriately relax them while contracting your deep core muscles. We will discuss pushing techniques, breathing strategies, position variations, ways to avoid perineal tearing, and more. Go into your birth feeling confident in what your body can achieve.
POSTPARTUM CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Your sweet baby has just entered the world and you are feeling lost with how to navigate your new and changing body. And the journey is just beginning. Our bodies go through significant physical, mental, and emotional changes during pregnancy. Pelvic floor rehab along with core training, lumbar stability, breathwork, and body mechanic training is VERY important to get back to your ideal self. No one should ever have to say “I pee a little when I sneeze” years down the road. Postpartum corrective exercise can help with pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, and get you safely back to exercise and the things you love.
